The Specialty Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a division of the Carolinas Center for Surgery. We specialize in orthopedic injuries ranging from post surgical rehabilitation to injuries caused by work, sports, and accidents. We strive to work with our patients to achieve the best outcomes possible and help our patients meet their individual goals. The Specialty Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine provides one on one care, individualized to meet each patient's needs. Our therapists have numerous years of experience and offer a wide range of rehabilitation techniques including: therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, spinal mobilization, McKenzie treatment of the spine, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy.
